I want to commend you and your choice of incredible employees. I have been remiss in writing you to you applaud you on such exceptional woman, Annfaye Poole. She is such a professional, kind and dynamic person.

Everytime, we have stayed at the Winterhaven she has gone out of her way to assist my husband and I. She is one biggest reasons why we keep choosing your establishment over and over again.

During your remodeling phase we considered staying else where. We chose the Winterhaven again even with limited construction noise and shrouds.

All of your employees are top notch and hardworking. The hotel is gorgeous, clean and classic with a retro deco-style.

However, what sets you apart from everything else on Ocean Drive are the people who represent you:

From Annyfaye to the Manager, to the doormen, the new fellow at the martini-bar, the breakfast bistro assistants, the hotel room and ground keepers and every last person who works tirelessly and effortlessly at the Winterhaven. Even Marc who just answered my call for your e-mail.

One word sums up the Winterhaven: Magnificent!

We had a fabulous time -- and I loved the hotel. Perfect location, great service, very comfy room (516) -- and the coffee was delicious. This was our first stay at the Winterhaven, and it was a good one. Our room was small but sufficient, the staff was excellent, and the fresh waffles at breakfast were perfect. We loved the location on the corner of Ocean Drive and 14th Street. We found it to be a quiet block, and close to the restaurant and night life action to the south and luxury hotels and condos to the north. Great place for strolling. We'll definitely be back, and we'll send our friends, too!

First impression was "wow!" It was right across from the beach.
Very quaint and quiet but within walking distance to all of the popular
attractions for club-goers and shoppers. Room was clean but very small,
as was the bathroom. Lobby was very nice. Art Deco decor and pleasant
patio for viewing the beach and people walking by. I would stay again.

My friend and I just returned from our stay at the Winterhaven and we
were thrilled with the hotel. Ann Faye was amazingly sweet to us and
very accommodating any time we needed something. The staff in general
was outstanding. We loved staying there -- great location, very clean
