- There is a $10.00 amenity fee (plus tax), per day, per room, entitling guests to unlimited usage of all Winter Haven amenities.
- Hotel guests must be 21 years of age to place a reservation.
- The Winter Haven Hotel does not accept personal checks.

Room Guarantee
A credit card is requested to guarantee reservation online or by telephone, and will be required at check in. The card provided will be charged the first nights room & tax as a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be forfeited if the the reservation is not canceled, the cancellation deadline has passed, or if the guest fails to arrive. (See cancellation policy, below).
Cancellation Policy
Please notify The Winter Haven Hotel at 305 531 5571 by email, or online, at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to make changes to or cancel reservations. Late cancellations will be subject to charges for one night’s stay and applicable taxes. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy is subject to change during Special Events or Promotional Rates.

The Winter Haven Hotel gladly assists guests with disabilities. Please contact our front desk for special arrangements.
Parking
Valet parking with in & out privileges is available at $25 per day. Please allow at least 30 minutes for retrieval of your vehicle. Insider Tip: Don’t bring a car unless you absolutely must. Take a taxi or shuttle from the airport to Miami Beach. Once here, everywhere you’ll want to go is either a five minute walk or a $0.25 ride on the South Beach Local stopping conveniently one block west on Collins Avenue and circles South Beach continuously.
Business Services
Complimentary copier and fax available through front desk. A computer is available for on-site guest use for a small fee.
Pets
The Winter Haven Hotel does not accept pets.
